As part of our ongoing growth, we are expanding our team to deliver current and future public sector Estates Intelligence contracts.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Systems Support Lead to lead a team in day-to-day operations and provide first- and second-line support to meet client obligations. The role involves personal development of direct reports, internal and external stakeholder management, service transition, operational planning and reporting, and working with suppliers to deliver service obligations to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding and extensive experience in operating environments compliant with ITIL standards. They will supervise a workload of 5+ support analysts, provide line management for Support Analysts, and adhere to tight deadlines for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of support analysts and provide line management
- Ensure effective communication across the organization
- Monitor ticket management and operational tasks
- Plan and report operational activities
- Oversee acceptance of new or modified scope into service
- ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification
- Experience in using Jira or similar tool to manage tickets raised by customers
- Security Clearance to CTC level
- Degree qualified in IT / Computer Science / Cyber Security
- Experience working within a Dev(Sec)Ops environment
The role is based at Leatherhead, with a hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days office and WFH) and occasional travel to Swindon.
