**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled English Teacher to join our team in Scunthorpe.

The ideal candidate will have a specialism in English and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

**Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging lessons to pupils in KS3 & KS4, promoting their development and enthusiasm for English.
  2. Plan and prepare innovative lessons that inspire students to participate and succeed.
  3. Teach based on the National Curriculum, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
  4. Collaborate with the English Department to improve results and standards.
  5. Adhere to Safeguarding and Behavioural policies.

The school requires a teacher who can manage challenging behaviour and maintain high standards in the classroom.
