We are working with a leading engineering business in the North East region who are seeking a skilled Mechanical or Multi Skilled (mechanically biased) Field Service Engineer to join their established team.

This role offers global support to Customers across various locations, as well as commissioning and factory acceptance testing on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-shipment: building machines, commissioning, and factory acceptance testing
  • Post-shipment: installation, commissioning, mobilization, trials, factory acceptance testing, and support

Requirements:

  • Suitably qualified (NHC and above) mechanical or multi-skilled mechanically biased Engineer/Technician
  • Experience working offshore with offshore certificates
  • Experience in a field service role
  • Commitment to providing quality customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to travel internationally

Benefits:

  • Base salary of £66,150 per annum
  • Overtime opportunities

This is a permanent role with an ad-hoc rotation for a fixed number of annual hours.
