Bureau Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Bureau Coordinator to join our team at M Group Services Limited T/A Avonline Network Services Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and a proven track record in the Telecommunications or utility industry.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

• Working closely with the Engineering Teams to raise, manage, and track permits
• Creating and amending rolling programmes to ensure efficient project delivery
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of any defects arising from builds
• Managing the Risk Register and Action Log to ensure compliance and quality
• Coordinating with the Engineering Teams to identify TTROs and Traffic Management requirements
• Creating and monitoring daily team whereabouts to ensure effective resource allocation

The Requirements for this role include:

• Experience in permit raising and management
• Excellent computer skills, including a strong understanding of Microsoft Office
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Self-motivated and result-driven, with a flexible approach to changing business needs
