The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Pensions Paraplanner to join our dynamic Paraplanning team in Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will support x2 Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client experiences, preparing suitability reports, and attending client meetings. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed suitability reports for clients across various advice types, financial products, and investment solutions* Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure successful client meetings, focusing on delivering positive outcomes* Attend client meetings as required, supporting Financial Planners with cashflow modelling and responding to technical queries* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of financial planning principles, regulations, and industry developments* Work closely with experienced Paraplanners and Financial Advisers to enhance knowledge and skills* Stay up-to-date with relevant training, studying, and qualifications to maintain expertise* A hybrid working arrangement applies, requiring attendance in the office 3 days per week

Requirements
* Level 4 qualified - CII Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent* Strong technical knowledge and proven track record in paraplanning* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely* Private medical insurance*, Life assurance*, Pension contribution*, Generous holiday package*, Option to purchase additional holiday*, Shared parental leave*
