Job Description: Education Support Professional (Phonics Intervention)

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Job Type: Full-Time

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated education support professional to join our team of teaching assistants. As an education support professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children's phonics skills and contributing to the growth and success of our school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality phonics interventions to students who require additional support.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to monitor student progress and provide feedback to inform teaching practice.
  • Create engaging learning resources tailored to the needs of students with phonics difficulties.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and social development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • A strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
