About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Animation Specialist to join our team at DNEG, a world-leading visual effects and animation company. As an Animation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animation for live-action feature films and television shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Head of Animation, Animation Supervisors, and fellow Animators to deliver believable animation with convincing performances and motion.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to complex animation challenges.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality animation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CG animation, preferably in live-action feature films or high-end TV.
  • Strong knowledge of Maya and other industry-standard software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality animation on time and within budget.
