Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurants and bars Operations Manager to oversee and support the service delivery of our venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menu offerings and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant or bar management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
