About the Role

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our Management Training Programme as a Graduate Management Trainee. As part of this programme, you will gain valuable business skills, learn from experienced mentors, and develop the skills to become a successful manager.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make business decisions, develop new business, and maintain current relationships. You will learn how to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

You will also be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's P&L statement, and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business. You will learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff, and in turn, we will reward your development with pay increases and opportunities for continued promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and maintain current relationships
  • Understand cost control and read your branch's P&L statement
  • Learn how to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Communicate effectively and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable
  • A full manual UK or EU driving licence is required; we make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability
  • No drug or alcohol-related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted
