Senior Lifeguard

As a Senior Lifeguard at Places Leisure, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. You will be responsible for supervising our customers and other lifeguards while using our swimming and pool facilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, overseeing the operations of the building, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise customers and other lifeguards in the pool area
• Maintain the highest standards of health and safety
• Oversee the operations of the building
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Respond to customer queries promptly

Requirements:

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential
• Full training will be provided if you do not possess a Pool Plant Operations License
• Previous supervisor experience would be an advantage
• Competent swimmer and safety conscious
