Position Overview:
The Best Connection is actively seeking dedicated Night Cold Store Pickers to become integral members of our client's workforce.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Working Hours:
(Apply online only)

Compensation:
£15.04 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Cold Store Picker, your daily tasks will encompass:
  • Assisting in the selection of orders utilizing 'pick by voice' technology
  • Safely managing manual handling equipment
  • Operating within a cold storage environment with temperatures reaching -21 degrees; necessary equipment will be supplied
  • Following health and safety protocols in line with company regulations

Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse setting
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Adaptability, particularly during high-demand periods
  • Willingness to undergo an Alcohol and Drug Test prior to employment
