Catering Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within education catering, with good health and safety knowledge and a flexible approach to work.

As a Catering Assistant, you will assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner according to established menus and recipes.

You will maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils, and follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.

Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, and participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
