Job Title: Retail Assistant

Location: Primark Hackney - Mare Street London

Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team at Primark Hackney. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a high level of store standards, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, including participating in visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures.
  • Process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries, ensuring that all products are correctly priced and displayed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
