Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation care.

You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.


Key Responsibilities

As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy and ventilation care.
  • Working closely with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in complex care, including ventilation care and tracheostomy care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on an on-call rota and travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
