Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent patient care, working with clinical freedom to provide the right solution for each patient.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless care and efficient practice operations.
- Utilize organizational and influencing skills to drive surgery efficiency and contribute to practice performance goals.
- Support the delivery of Private and NHS dentistry, offering treatment options to patients and promoting surgery efficiency.
- Share knowledge and expertise with Trainee/Apprentice Nurses, providing guidance and support during their induction and ongoing development.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities, ensuring compliance and excellence in patient care.
- Embrace ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and best practices.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant live or pending GDC registration.
