Testing Center Specialist

As a Part-Time Testing Center Specialist at Brightpoint Community College, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a higher education environment. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a customer-centric approach to provide testing assistance, monitor email and communications, and facilitate a positive experience for students with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide distance education, placement testing, and other tests to students
• Monitor email and communications
• Offer testing assistance for students with disabilities
• Work a flexible schedule with availability to work 20-29 hours weekly, primarily Monday to Friday
Requirements:
• Experience working with students in a higher education setting
• Excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and occasionally stressful environment
• Flexibility to work at either the Chester or Midlothian campuses and accept related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of online testing platforms, such as Canvas, and Microsoft Office applications
