About the Role
As a Branch Operations Manager with Booker Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branches. This includes ensuring that all colleagues maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment in which to work, as well as supporting a Health, Safe and Legal culture.

You will be working closely with the Branch Leadership Team and Area Manager to ensure that our branch is operating efficiently and effectively, providing great service to our customers.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can motivate and guide their team to achieve excellent results. If you have a proven track record of coaching, motivating and guiding a team, as well as holding people accountable to deliver great service, we would like to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

• Opening, closing and the complete operational running of the branch
• Leading by example, role modelling the Code of Business Conduct and Win Together Behaviours
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and mandatory training
• Supporting all colleagues during their induction and training
• Building and maintaining good working relationships internally and externally

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
