About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Officer to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our Mechanical and Electrical Systems function, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical Systems, including contract management and risk assessment.
  • Implement effective risk management approaches to ensure compliance within the Group.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in the social housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems, including government and industry guidance.
  • Effective contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
