PDI Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PDI Manager to join our Technical Services division at Connect Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our PDI Workshop, Compound, Parts, and Warranty team, ensuring high standards of Customer Service at our VWG PDI Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage PDI vehicle movements, workshop activity, and parts requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of automotive technical staff.
  • Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is recognised and underperformance is managed.
  • Ensure operational performance meets day-to-day delivery of Company and customer KPI's and SLA's.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years Operations Management experience.
  • Three or more years' experience in managing staff, including performance monitoring.
  • High competency and experience with Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Quality and customer service driven.
