O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Compliance Advisor to assist in maintaining and developing compliance policies within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing company business systems, including ISO 9001, and will be responsible for producing manuals, procedures, and other relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Management of Company Business Systems, including ISO 9001
  2. Production of Manuals, Procedures, and other relevant documentation
  3. Audit and Compliance Programmes
  4. Auditing Integrated Management Systems
  5. Staff Management and Development
  6. Production and analysis of Management Reports
  7. Maintenance of company accreditations
  8. Liaison with clients and external bodies
Requirements:
  1. Internal ISO 9001 Auditor certification
  2. Leadership and Management skills
  3. Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  4. Self-motivated and good communicator
  5. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  6. High levels of accuracy and process writing
