Senior Social Media Executive

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key role in shaping the firm's social media strategy and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging and engagement.
  • Paid Advertising: Set up and manage paid social media ads, including targeting and budgeting, to maximise reach and ROI.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging, relevant content tailored for each social media channel, leveraging the firm's expertise in areas such as Civil Liberties, Human Rights, and Family Law.
  • Content Calendar Management: Coordinate a content calendar across all platforms to ensure consistent posting and messaging, aligning with the firm's brand and values.
  • Analytics and Tracking: Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and report on ROI, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Keyword & Hashtag Optimisation: Utilise keywords and hashtags effectively to optimise social profiles and posts for discoverability, driving organic growth and engagement.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers to boost brand visibility, leveraging their reach and credibility to amplify the firm's message.
  • Social Media PR & Brand Awareness: Collaborate with external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and leverage social media for public relations and brand awareness, positioning Career Legal as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Multiple Account Management: Handle 11+ Twitter accounts, plus additional platforms like Facebook and TikTok, ensuring consistency across all profiles and maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop innovative ideas to keep the firm's social media strategy fresh and engaging, driving continued growth and success.
  • Social Media Management Tools: Utilise tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social to schedule, monitor, and manage content efficiently, streamlining processes and maximising productivity.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of marketing support experience, preferably in consumer or professional services.
  • Proven success in social media management, with a track record of enhancing performance, driving engagement, and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong writing ability and exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with social media automation tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other marketing software.
  • Familiarity with analytics, keyword optimisation, and influencer engagement.
  • Excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple accounts while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while being confident in taking the lead when required.
