Recruitment Coordinator - Hedgefund Mayfair

Location: Greater-London

Division: ROC Executive and Personal Assistants

A dynamic Hedgefund in the Mayfair area is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team. This is an initial 1-year fixed-term contract, which may lead to a permanent position.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver successful recruitment outcomes across all areas of the organisation.

  1. Support the HR team with the recruitment processes for experienced and graduate hires.
  2. Act as liaison with candidates and recruitment suppliers.
  3. Coordinate interview schedules, including applying the relevant testing approach.
  4. Obtain and consolidate feedback and test results.
  5. Invigilate testing environments.
  6. Organise and lead candidate Superdays and Pair-Programming feedback check-ins.
  7. Verify that candidate CVs meet minimum requirements and are screened accordingly.
  8. Utilise in-house recruitment system to manage open roles, including managing candidate pipelines, assigning competency scorecards, reporting, and hiring progress.

Suitable candidates should be graduates with an interest in HR and pursuing a career in Talent.
