Sales and Account Management Professional

**Role Overview**
We are recruiting for a seasoned Food Service Business Development Manager to join our team at NP Group. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship-building and sales initiatives in the Out of Home and Foodservice sectors.
Your expertise in sales, account management, and market analysis will enable you to develop and implement effective sales strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth through market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national foodservice accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align strategies and support customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Wholesale route to market and working with end users. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to travel as needed.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus up to 16% bonus, a company car or car allowance, and professional development opportunities.
