Senior Supervisor- Lighting

FM Conway is seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor- Lighting to lead our Street Lighting team based in Dartford.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our street lighting business across our contracts. Your primary responsibility will be to implement street lighting works in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring the highest level of health, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a qualified Supervisor for FM Conway Ltd under the HEA/HERS registration Scheme
• Maintain portfolios and documentation to the required standard to retain accreditation to relevant industrial bodies
• Prepare and update health and safety plans, method statements, risk assessments, SSOW, and environmental plans
• Deliver toolbox talks, safety alerts, daily briefings, safety tours, and near miss reporting as per company requirements
• Plan work and resources, build programs, and spending profiles while updating spreadsheets
• Record, monitor, and maintain records of plant, labour, and materials, and assist in monthly internal commercial reporting and external contract performance reporting
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in contract supervision within the Street Lighting industry. You will hold a G39 certification, CSCS, SSTS, and be a HEA qualified Supervisor. Additionally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a strong customer focus.
