Job Details:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our client within the Health Care sector. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintenance of general filing systems
  2. Operation of computerised information system
  3. Recording and distribution of incoming mail/post
  4. Answering telephone calls and responding appropriately
  5. Faxing and photocopying duties
  6. Ordering stationery and ensuring adequate supplies are maintained

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language or equivalent, or 2 years administrative/clerical experience.
