About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with our clients to deliver exceptional financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information, analysis, and insight to senior leadership teams.
  • Report on business area performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and project spend and income versus budget.
  • Deliver analysis and insight on commercial opportunities, providing options and scenarios for business decisions.
  • Challenge ways of working and drive efficiencies.
  • Understand cost-drivers and provide insight to non-finance managers.
  • Prepare monthly project management accounting and weekly cash flow reporting.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be an experienced accountant, ideally fully qualified, with a strong analytical background and experience in business partnering. You should also have experience using modern finance systems to extract management information and provide complex information in a simple format.
