Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a key member of our operating theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during operations, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Participate in the assessment of patient care needs and implement agreed standards of care
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for patient care and safety
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse in Theatres
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
