Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the myJet2Perks loyalty proposition to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Support the Partnerships Manager in shaping the partnerships strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and contact new brand partners and opportunities, building business cases to secure partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop campaign ideas and plans that meet business objectives.
  • Deliver end-to-end partnership campaign delivery from planning to campaign analysis.
  • Build relationships with brand partners to deliver campaign creative and identify opportunities to amplify campaigns.
  • Work with the Legal team to ensure all campaigns have appropriate contracts in place.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with brand partners on marketing campaigns is essential, along with strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship building, business development, and pitching skills.
  • Great attention to detail and commercial acumen.
  • A positive can-do attitude, with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Experience of drafting contracts, building business cases, and reporting.
  • Ability to ensure all campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives and drive maximum ROI for the business.
