Safer Hand Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator in Early Childhood Education to lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality care services. This role involves working closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth functioning of childcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support:
    • Assist in managing day-to-day operations across childcare facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
    • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and staff deployment.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations governing childcare services.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements and safety standards.
    • Prepare for and participate in inspections and audits.
  • Team Management:
    • Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Monitor staff performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care programs tailored to children's developmental needs.
    • Implement systems to monitor and evaluate service delivery.
    • Address parent and caregiver concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Assist in managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
    • Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies and resources are available.
  • Health and Safety:
    • Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for children and staff.
    • Address emergency situations and incidents effectively and report them as required.
