Machine Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at the Chesterfield Site. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will need to be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Heavy lifting
• Packing materials
• Operating machinery in a high-paced manufacturing industry
• Set up machines to start a production cycle
• Inspect machinery for any defects or malfunctions
• Carry out effective line changeovers such as product sizes
• Flow strict hygiene procedures to ensure food safety excellence working as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator
• Physically fit
• Excellent personal hygiene
• Experience in fast-paced environment advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Factory experience preferred
