About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client's team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of multiple residential units across a large residential development in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the staggered hand-over and practical completion of multiple residential units
  • Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, end-users, and site teams to ensure project success
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in the UK as an Internal Manager or Finishing Foreman with a contractor specializing in high-rise reinforced concrete residential buildings
  • CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, and a construction industry qualification
  • Solid reliable directly employed work history (no self-employed candidates will be considered)
  • Excellent references and a proven track record of success in similar roles
