At Cobnor Activities Centre, we are seeking a skilled Outdoor Activity Instructor to lead our programmes. As an integral member of our team, you will deliver safe and engaging activities for our participants, embodying our commitment to excellence and safety.

Your primary duties will involve leading activity sessions, providing clear explanations and demonstrations, and maintaining a secure environment for all participants.

As part of our Duty Team, you may be required to serve as the initial point of contact for external groups, including evenings, overnights, and weekends. Accurate recording and reporting of hazards, accidents, and near-miss incidents are crucial to ensuring our centre's policies and procedures are upheld.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates possessing a diverse range of NGB qualifications, including at least one watersports certification. Additional qualifications in climbing, high ropes, low ropes, cycling, orienteering, bushcraft, and team challenges are highly valued.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. We offer comprehensive site-specific training to support your growth and development within the position.

Cobnor Activities Centre Trust prioritises the well-being and safety of our participants. A DBS Disclosure at Enhanced level is mandatory prior to employment.

We offer a competitive salary of £**35,000** per annum, commensurate with your expertise and experience in outdoor activities.
