Estimator Role at Williams Restoration LTD

Williams Restoration LTD, a leading company in historic building restoration and conservation, is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team in Worcester Park, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and compiling bids, assessing project requirements, and preparing accurate cost estimates. They will also collaborate with front and back office teams and communicate with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and compile bids for restoration projects
  • Assess project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Collaborate with front and back office teams
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Estimating and cost estimation skills
  • Knowledge of historic building repairs and restoration techniques
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
  • Proficiency in using estimating software
  • Working knowledge of JCT Standard Forms of Contract
  • Relevant certification or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (MRICS or MCIOB)
