This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and personally while making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

As a Live-In Carer, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and comfort within their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, overseeing and administering medications, offering emotional support, and engaging clients in enriching activities and conversations to enhance their overall well-being.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and require different levels of care. We are seeking individuals who possess empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Prior experience in live-in caregiving or healthcare roles is beneficial but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.

The salary for this role is approximately £925 per week, with payments made every Friday and a £50 weekly meal allowance included. You will also receive up to £50 reimbursement for travel costs, access to 'out of hours' support whenever emergencies arise, and a £300 bonus when someone you refer is hired and starts working with us. Furthermore, you will enjoy 28 days of paid holiday each year and take advantage of thousands of discounts online and on the high street through our Blue Light Card.
