Job Overview
As a Pharmacy Practice Manager at ASDA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record of success in a pharmacy setting.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing pharmacy teams, ensuring high standards of patient safety, and driving commercial growth. You will work closely with the Area Manager to achieve targets and deadlines, and will be accountable for the support and development of direct reports and locums.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and achieve exceptional levels of patient safety
  • Manage pharmacy teams to ensure high standards of patient safety and drive commercial growth
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Support and develop direct reports and locums

Requirements
  • Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
  • Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment
