Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Nursery Room Leader at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and purposeful experiences for children, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
  • Enhance the overall well-being and development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive team environment, promoting the safety and well-being of all children, staff, and visitors.
  • Lead and support your team, providing guidance and training to ensure best practice and high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
Requirements
  • Qualified to Level 3 or above, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a day nursery setting and at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment, promoting the well-being and development of all children.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
