Company Overview

Chevron Traffic Management provides Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) designs for urban and rural roads across the UK, utilizing the latest industry software.

We specialize in TTM design, Vehicle Swept Path Analysis, Consultancy, RRRAP Assessments, BIM/3D design, and traffic modeling.

About the Role

This role involves designing projects using various software tools to create 2D street works and 3D BIM designs on high-speed dual carriageways. The successful candidate will work closely with our Design Supervisor and report directly to them.

Responsibilities include:

  • Traffic Management CAD design
  • Attending client meetings
  • Maintenance of internal design records
  • Conducting design risk assessments
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience in a CAD design technician role and possess knowledge of industry guidelines and reference documents.

Able to work with AutoCAD Civils, BricsCAD, Cone, AutoTURN, KeyLines, and KeySigns, as well as having a full UK driving license.

The following qualifications are also desirable:

  • BIM & 3D design experience/knowledge
  • IHE Temporary Traffic Management Certificate or working towards this

Location and Working Hours

This role is based from home with occasional travel to Birmingham. Working hours are 40 per week, between Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm.
