Key Responsibilities as an Automotive Product Specialist:
✓ Acquire in-depth knowledge of all Park's and our partner manufacturers' products within your designated dealership
✓ Keep all dealership personnel informed about the latest product information to maintain a high level of understanding
✓ Utilize your product knowledge to assist Park's customers in a relaxed, non-sales environment; your role is to inform, not to sell
✓ Support marketing initiatives by capturing vehicle imagery and leveraging digital and social media platforms for promotion
✓ Continuously learn and share your expertise with customers using available resources, including our bespoke digital vehicle information videos
✓ Guide customers to Sales when interest in purchasing arises
✓ Plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional test drive experiences, providing comprehensive insights into the requested vehicle during appointments
✓ Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting them up with the exciting new features of their vehicles
