The Waddington Brown family-run manufacturing organisation seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to support the growth of their valued client.
This role will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of payroll processes, including weekly and monthly payments. As the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you will provide exceptional support to employees within the business.
An exciting opportunity awaits the successful candidate to contribute to the development of our client's HR team and make a tangible impact on their organisational success.
Salary: £38,250 per annum (£35,000 - £45,000 per year)
Key Responsibilities:- Process weekly and monthly payroll with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide excellent support to employees regarding HR-related matters
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to drive HR team development and strategy
- Proven experience in HR or payroll coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
