We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Support Coordinator to join our Member and Management Support team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring the effective day-to-day management and organisation of their activities.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and efficient support to senior leaders, acting as a filter for issues/problems and providing effective problem resolution.
  • Responsible for the effective management of the electronic diary, ensuring timely reminders and notifications.
  • Process and evaluate incoming mail, initiating responses as appropriate and highlighting issues for further investigation.
  • Allocate work on a day-to-day basis to a small team of secretaries, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be enthusiastic, versatile, and self-motivated with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Confidence to work under pressure, managing several tasks simultaneously and being politically astute.
  • Education to HNC level or business-related Level 3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
