We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our Health, Safety & Environmental department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the site maintains its high levels of health and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on legislative and corporate compliance, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and Corporate HS&E Policies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safe systems of work reviews to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Lead monthly safety audits, behavioral observations, and quarterly safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a Manufacturing/Engineering/FMCG environment.
  • Proven track record of supporting a Health & Safety Manager, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
