Workshop Engineer Assistant

Briggs Equipment UK is a market leader in providing asset management and maintenance solutions. We are currently looking for a skilled Workshop Engineer Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on diesel, LPG, and electrical equipment.
- Fault find and perform planned preventative maintenance on forklift trucks.
- Ensure a clean and organised working environment, including common areas.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and workshop rules at all times.
- Complete job cards and source necessary parts to complete tasks efficiently.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintaining cars, forklifts, plant equipment, cleaning machines, powered access, or HGV's.
- Pertinent technical qualifications.
- Detailed knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
