The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective QHSE policies, procedures, and standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies to minimize hazards.
• Maintaining accurate records of incidents, near-misses, and hazards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Designing and delivering comprehensive training and awareness programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or occupational health and safety.
• Proven experience in QHSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
