Location: Within easy reach of the M25
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency call-outs as scheduled to minimize system downtime and maximise customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently using strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for reference and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining security systems, specifically CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms is essential for this role.
- Familiarity with systems such as C-cure, Genetec, Gallagher and Lenel is desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- A valid UK driver's license is necessary for travel to client sites.
- Flexibility to be on a call-out rota with compensation is a must.
