Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Agreeing sales and progressing sales through to exchange and completion
  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Dealing with lettings negotiations
  • Optimising opportunities to schedule FS appointments
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience in Sales and Lettings Negotiation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Access to your own vehicle
