About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Pelvic Health team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialised Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients with a variety of pelvic floor conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialised Physiotherapy to support patients with obstetric musculoskeletal, urogynaecology, and colorectal conditions.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients of all genders.
  • Participate in MDT case discussions and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students and provide clinical guidance and support.
  • Contribute to service development, audit, and clinical governance initiatives.
Person Specification

We are looking for a Physiotherapist with:

  • Broad clinical experience at band 5 level.
  • Working knowledge of a broad range of pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Good communication and organisational skills, including time management, delegation, and prioritisation.
  • Competent in core areas of physiotherapy practice.
  • Clinical reasoning and lateral thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
