We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our expanding team in Manchester. As a key member of our Real Estate group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the net zero space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act for FTSE 100 and local clients on major UK infrastructure projects and decarbonisation goals.
  • Provide first-class, technical insight and training to our team.
  • Work closely with our Paralegal group and junior team members on large-scale projects.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute high-value, client matters to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial property and Real Estate matters.
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and ambition to find solutions to clients' legal challenges.
  • Confident stakeholder management and experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consultative and thorough approach to tasks.
  • Efficient diary and task management across multiple matters.
  • Confident in drafting clear and legally effective documents.
  • Remain calm and optimistic in time-sensitive situations.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and development.
