We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our clients’ team of caregivers. You will provide essential support to elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes, enabling them to maintain independence and quality of life.
Package:- Competitive salary: £31,240 per annum for full-time (40 hours) or £12,100 for part-time (16 hours)
- Overtime available
- Enhanced bank holiday rates
- Twice-yearly bonus scheme
- Company car for work purposes and mileage paid if using own vehicle
- Staff accommodation depending on availability
- Comprehensive training and support to achieve Care Certificate, NVQ qualifications, and progress to management
- Flexible working arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and shift options
As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live comfortably and securely in their own homes. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Providing companionship and support
- Helping with medication administration (training provided)
- Accompanying clients on appointments, outings, and shopping trips
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
