CRO Specialist Role

Forward Role is seeking a talented CRO Specialist to join our client, a forward-thinking web & digital agency. As a key member of the performance marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end conversion and optimisation solutions for clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and experienced team, prioritising personal career development and delivering seamless user journeys. You will be working closely with clients to identify CRO and testing opportunities, develop and implement testing plans, and lead on testing strategies and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain testing plans based on data and analysis
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to develop and run tests
  • Identify CRO and testing opportunities within the client base
  • Lead on testing strategies and testing roadmaps
  • Understand digital performance and traffic behaviours through data analysis
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods for user research
Requirements
  • Experience in a CRO focused role with a clear understanding of testing methods
  • Self-starter who can deliver end-to-end CRO programmes
  • Excellent web analytics skills – identifying trends, opportunities, and telling a story with data
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing and performance
  • Experience with VWO or other testing tools and GA4
