About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and support of all IT hardware and services across the school, as well as contributing to the improvement of the school's ICT provisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical Issue Resolution: Provide efficient technical solutions to settle and manage any technical issues that impact the operations.
- Hardware Installation and Repair: Install and repair computers with standardized applications and networking software, diagnose, and solve problems that arise in their operations.
- Technical Duties: Complete a wide range of technical duties related to the computer network and desktop services, including existing installations and upgrades.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years' similar experience, ideally within education.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: High-level knowledge of common user applications and skilled in using Office 365.
- Technical Support: Skilled in upholding the quality of school computer equipment, installing new and existing software across the network, supplying technical support for users, and resolving technical problems.
